Cancellation: A deposit of 30% of the stay value or all is required to make a reservation. The remaining amount for the stay must be paid on arrival at the reception of our property. In the event that the date of stay is still due to the State of Epidemic Emergency in the country, we offer guests a free change of the date of stay. Free change of date will be possible after direct telephone contact with the Reception or Marketing Department. In case of cancellation or non-show at the property on arrival, the prepayment will be forfeited.
