Transportation of persons and transport
All vehicles are modern, equipped with air conditioning, comfortable seats, proper sound system, which provides comfort even in a long trip. Our experienced drivers will take you safely and punctually to any place in the country and abroad. We have the necessary licenses and permits for the transport of persons.
In our fleet we have:

Safe hotel
Due to the current epidemiological situation, guided primarily by the safety of our guests, we have implemented procedures and guidelines that will allow you to stay safely in our facility.
RECEPTION AND CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
- There is a dispenser with hand sanitizer at the entrance to the property. We ask all guests to disinfect their hands before entering the Resort.
- Each guest must undergo a contactless thermometer temperature measurement procedure prior to check-in. In case of subfebrile condition, fever or other disease symptoms, the Guest will not be admitted to the Center. Refusal to study the temperature is associated with the impossibility of admission to the object. Staff of the Centre are also authorized to control the body temperature of the Guests during their stay, if such circumstances arise
- Check-in procedures are reduced to a minimum to limit the time guests stay at the Reception. Staff at the reception desk are at their regular disposal on the phone:
- When receiving guests, it is necessary to maintain an appropriate distance — 2m
- On request, we provide our guests with protective masks and gloves
HOTEL ROOMS:
- We have introduced a special procedure for cleaning, disinfecting and airing the rooms, in accordance with the recommendations of the Chief Sanitary Inspector, among others: in every room before accommodating new guests, we disinfect light switches, furniture, door handles, fittings, handrails, telephone, kettle and other appliances being equipped with the room
- Please note that the rooms during the stay are only cleaned upon request during their absence. Please request for cleaning the room at the Reception at number 100
- We removed all unnecessary accessories from the rooms to increase the sterility of the room
- There is an absolute ban on people who are not hotel guests staying in the hotel room
- The cleaning staff has been equipped with the necessary safety measures (masks, gloves)
RESTAURANT:
- The waiter staff was equipped with the necessary safety measures (masks, gloves, disinfectant liquids)
- By serving cutlery and dishes, they are each time steamed and disinfected
COMMON AREAS:
- At the resort we provide dispensers with liquid for hand sanitizer along with instructions for proper hand sanitizing
- Hotel equipment provided to guests (e.g. bicycles) are disinfected after each use
- On the premises, in public areas there is an order to wear a mask All our service adheres to the rules currently recommended by the Ministry of Health and the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate — masks, visors, gloves, safe distance and regular hand sanitization.
PERSONNEL
- All Employees are obliged to wear gloves, masks/ visors and permanent hand sanitizer and their workstation
- All staff have been trained on the rules of compliance with sanitary standards
- Each employee after coming to work is subjected to the procedure of measuring the temperature.
- Work is undertaken only by people without subfebrile conditions and other signs of disease.
