German Sales and Marketing Specialist

Max Health Resort Spa in Ustron Morski is looking for an independent, communicative and experienced person for the position of Sales Specialist for the German market and marketing.

We are a year-round boutique resort located directly on the Baltic Sea, on a picturesque cliff. We offer 58 rooms and suites and a wide range of leisure, health and wellness services.

We are looking for a person who will combine sales competences, knowledge of the German market and marketing skills and will actively develop sales of the Resort both on the German-speaking and Polish markets.

In this position you will be responsible for:

• active acquisition of new customers and business partners on the German market,
• establishing and developing cooperation with German travel agencies, tour operators, group organizers and travel partners,
• acquisition and comprehensive service of tourist groups,
• conducting trade talks, negotiating terms of cooperation and finalising contracts,
• preparation of offers, residence packages, calculations, contracts and individual terms of cooperation,
• conducting Ministry presentations, trade meetings and representing Max Health Resort Spa during industry events and meetings,
• active sales through direct contact with contractors and developing long-term business relationships,
• monitoring the market, competitor activities and new sales opportunities,
• fulfillment of established sales and budgetary goals and reporting results.
• introducing, updating, supervising and settling German travel agency reservations in the RH2 hotel system,
• cooperation with other departments of the Ministry in the scope of sales and proper service of guests,
• coordinating ongoing processes related to servicing contractors and groups.

Marketing and Communication

• preparing and updating promotional materials,
• basic editing and updating of the website,
• ensuring the consistency of the Ministry's communication with accepted brand standards,
• cooperation with agencies, graphic designers and external marketing service providers,
• preparation of marketing materials using Canva.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a person who can sell, build relationships and independently conduct the process from the first contact to the finalization of cooperation.

Requirements:

• experience in active B2B sales — welcome in hospitality, tourism or related industries,
• very good knowledge of German in speech and writing — a prerequisite,
• experience in acquiring and developing relationships with business clients,
• ability to conduct trade talks, negotiate terms and finalise agreements,
• very good organization of work and the ability to conduct several processes at the same time,
• independence, responsibility and attitude towards achieving goals,
• ability to build long-term business relationships,
• practical knowledge of Canva,
• driver's license (B) and readiness for business trips.
• An additional advantage will be:
• experience in cooperation with German travel agencies, tour operators or group organizers,
• knowledge of the tourism market in Germany,
• practical knowledge of the RH2 hotel program,
• Experience in the hospitality industry or health tourism.
